Placement Opportunity for Rural Youths
We are thrilled to share that we successfully collaborated with Sai Finwin Stock Broking Company to provide placement and recruitment opportunities to rural candidates. Through this initiative, we trained around 50 individuals and conducted interviews for roles in Business Development, Customer Support, and Voice Process. The job location is in Teynampet, with salaries based on interview performance and skills, along with additional incentives. The first round of interviews was conducted online for candidates from other districts, followed by an in-person second round in Chennai. We are proud to have empowered rural talent and look forward to continuing our efforts in supporting and uplifting communities.

Lockdown Classes
Empowering underprivileged students during the lockdown, our ‘Lockdown Classes’ initiative brings quality education to government school children in 6 villages. With dedicated teachers from ANNA ADHARSH Teacher Training Institute, we provide interactive learning, ensuring safety measures and encouraging creativity beyond the syllabus. Together, we nurture minds and bridge educational gaps, fostering a brighter future for 70 children. Through online platforms and carefully crafted lesson plans, we’ve made education accessible to those who need it most, ensuring that no child is left behind during these challenging times

Smart Placement Training
In today’s competitive job market, computer literacy is essential for securing employment. That’s why our organization provides focused computer training programs to enhance the placement prospects of our youth. Through these programs, we ensure that our participants gain proficiency in essential computer skills, from basic operations to advanced software applications. By equipping them with these skills, we empower our youth to stand out to potential employers and excel in their chosen fields.

Food Distribution
Empowering communities through compassion and action, our Food Distribution event on May 30, 2020, brought nourishment and joy to MANNELORE village. With the support of our dedicated team and generous sponsors like Naveen, we provided essential rice supplies to 70 families, ensuring their well-being amidst challenging times. Through careful planning, logistics coordination, and community engagement, we ensured fair distribution and reached our goal of supporting those in need. This event not only provided immediate relief but also strengthened community bonds, demonstrating the positive impact of collective efforts in times of adversity

Nourishing Stray Dogs
Transforming compassion into action, Aadhira Charitable Trust embarked on a heartfelt mission to alleviate hunger among stray dogs. Through dedicated efforts, we distributed nourishing meals, sparking hope and gratitude within communities. With support from generous donors like Pedigree India, we continue our commitment to serving our furry friends with love and care, ensuring they receive the sustenance they deserve.

Empowering Women: Rescue Missions
Rescue Mission I: Saving Jayanthi from the streets of Ambattur, our volunteer’s keen eye and swift action led to her safe rescue and placement in a women’s rehabilitation center, ensuring her well-being and security.
Rescue Mission II: Responding to the plight of Poorna, a vulnerable woman in Madarapakkam, our intervention facilitated her transfer to a safe haven in Sholavaram, providing her with the care and support she desperately needed, especially during the challenging times of the pandemic.
These rescue missions highlight our dedication to empowering women in distress, ensuring their safety, and offering them a chance at a better life.
Clothing Donation Drive: Bringing Warmth to Thambunaidupalayam
In a week-long effort, Aadhira Charitable Trust collected clothing donations and journeyed to Thambunaidupalayam, near Uthukottai, distributing garments to those in need. Amidst logistical challenges, their dedication prevailed, leaving a lasting impact on the community, as recognized by Dhinamani newspaper. This initiative not only provided warmth and comfort to the residents but also strengthened community bonds and highlighted the importance of collective action in addressing social challenges.

COVID-19 Relief Efforts
Amidst the COVID-19 crisis, Aadhira Charitable Trust stepped up, distributing nutritious meals to migrant workers in Pathapalayam village, ensuring 63 individuals received essential support during challenging times. In Padirivedu village, the Trust extended compassion to 70 families, providing warm meals of tomato rice, offering solace to elderly residents and children deeply impacted by the pandemic’s hardships.
With hearts dedicated to service, Aadhira Charitable Trust reached Nemalur village, offering sustenance to over 150 people with mixed sambar rice, igniting hope in the hearts of daily and weekly wage earners amidst adversity.
